Recent studies have concluded that fish protein can help reduce age-related hearing loss. This is why it is very important to include fish in your diet.

Either it be Salmon or tuna. It is also stated that all important blood vessels that connect to the Cochlea benefit from Omega 3 found in most of fish.

Other study suggests that hearing loss may be related to high blood pressure, reason why, it is very important to have a balanced diet that may keep blood pressure at normal levels.

In general having a balanced diet, eating fruits and vegetables and doing exercise will benefit you and you hearing in the long run.
